About c-icap

I started working on this project at the beginning of 2004. I released the code at sourceforge.net in November 2004. During this period, big delays of a project that I was involved in allowed me to find time for starting the c-icap project. Since then, only basic features have been implemented. The main goal of releasing the code was testing whether people would be interested in software like this and whether working on this project would be worthwhile.
